Q: How much does it cost to register?
A: Nothing. Registration is FREE.

Q: Do I have to register to use the site?
A: No. You can browse and search ads without registering. The advantage to registering is to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. Please note, if you want to create ads or enter contests, you will need to register. Registration is FREE.

Q: I registered but can't login.
A: Check the email address that you submitted when you registered. We send a "confirmation" email to that address. You need to click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.

Q: How Much Do Ads Cost?
A: Text only ads are FREE. If you would like to add photos to your ad, we charge a small fee. For a complete explanation of our ad pricing, please review our pricing page.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Remember - Text only ads are FREE - payment is required only if you place an ad that has photos, a link or is featured. We accept all major credit cards for ad payment: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Q: Do I Have to Register to Create Ads?
A: Yes. You must be a registered user to create ads. Registration is free.

Q: I created an ad, but it does not show up in the search results. Why?
A: You need to run your ad. Go to My Account and click on Run to the left of the ad you wish to run. The system will ask for your credit card information, and your ad will run as soon as your payment is processed.

Q: I rented my house. How do I stop my ad from running?
A: Login to your account and click the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the ad that you wish to make inactive. You may store inactive ads (at no charge) for use later.

Q: Will my ad be visible in other areas?
A: Yes. All ads are visible at any time. The system will, however, always show a person searching for ads, matches in their registered area first, then ads from outside their area.

Q: I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
A: You can have all your personal information remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page.

Q: If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?
A: When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This landlord/agent has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective renter completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective renter.

Q: I don't see my city/county/state listed. What area should I choose for my ad?
A: Choose the city closest to the address of the property you are advertising for rent. You will have the opportunity to enter the exact address of the property, which can be used by people reviewing your ad to identify the exact location on a map.
