MakeRent.com is a one-stop information site designed to bring landlords and renters together to make supplying/finding a home quick and easy.

Founded by Sharon Perry in 2002, MakeRent.com is a solution to a challenge Sharon had when she tried to rent out her Atlanta loft.

“I couldn’t believe how expensive classified ads were! It was costing me $50 per week just to get the basic information about my rental out to the public.”

With a background in web design, Sharon realized that her problem could easily be solved online by providing a community for both landlords and tenants to connect – at a much lower cost – and MakeRent.com was born. This is the new version of our site and we're changing things everyday. Check back often to see what we're up to.
